Won’t call customer nor take photos and then you’re stuck with a non delivery time wasted and using your own gas and I did not get paid for my last delivery $17 and something and I drove 12 miles for that. While they advised me to email them screenshots and other information, I got stuck on chat for about an hour with no resolution. Then they shifted the blame and paid me. After contacting them repeatedly about this situation, they just left you with the feeling that it was your fault. They cannot deliver the package to me and leave you with a non-delivery . I tip money to these guys. I have experienced every problem that someone here has. My area had a base rate of $8.50, plus whatever tip. Typical deliveries with a $7 tip was $15.50 or $10 tip for $18.50. Now when the order is posted, the prices all vary. Once the order has been shipped and payment cleared, the price will be adjusted to $4.50. These days, there is rarely a payout above $12. Gas is going up. Someone is becoming rich. But it’s not the ones who put in the effort and drive their cars. Wear and tear and gas ain’t free. People, it’s time to get angry!
David S Martin: I am experiencing trouble with Stripe Platform Point Pickup. My last pay was May 25, 2021, which was over a week ago. Point Pickup is not paying me the two payment due. POINT PICKUP keeps telling me that they can’t update Stripes Platform from and change my old debit card number to a NEW NUMBERS DAVID S. MARTIN by Tammy Jones. Hello. How does payment work?
Tom Hill Strict pickup times add an additional time for me to receive my orders. You can drive to Walmart and pick up your order at 1:45. However, the app will not allow you call the pickup number and request that they bring the order out. So you’ll end up on the last row while other customers arrive to take their stuff. If i could be allowed to show up no earlier than 15 minutes prior i could avoid waiting sometimes 30 minutes risking a cancellation and a waste of my time. A few extra minutes could be saved so I can get more jobs or avoid losing a job.
I prefer the older payment system…the new one doesn’t accurately reflect your actual pay ….. If you click on an item to check the status of the order and click the back button, duplicate orders will continue. It shows 3 to 4 hundred deliveries at a time but when I click on it, there are no orders available. I have contacted support and received no response. I would like to be deleted.
No abrem mi aplicacion. It is a great way to get extra cash. My first week was amazing.. $240 in 2 days. It is what you put into it. Only complaint is that I cannot talk to others when I’m dealing with an issue.
By Marshs Anderson I signed up to be pont pick up driver and now would like to cancel signing up…i shouldve did more research on company. Please provide me a phone # a link …a chat box. It is easy for me to provide my personal data. Point Pickup Driver is not a professional business. I feel they are not fair to drivers. It is unilateral and completely illegal. they play with the need of drivers who seek to make money and of customers who offer a false quality of service given the unfair treatment of those who use our resources to send them their purchases. They don’t show their faces! They are not willing to solve the problems. This has been going on for nearly 4 weeks and I have received several delivery requests. All of a sudden I cannot get one. They disappear instantly, no matter what time of day I wake up. According to some reports, people have started using click apps “???. Do you think this is possible, and if it is please tell us. Is it possible for Wal-Mart employees to have relatives who do Point Pick-up deliveries and can be tipped off before orders go out? Although I realize that it’s unlikely I will ever get all of the delivery requests, I believe no one should have full control over the deliveries. What is the reason I don’t see delivery requests for any other stores than Wal-Mart. Like Publix or Winn Dixie. Point Pick-up seems to offer service to other shops as well.
Shantelle Williams Ok, how long it takes for the money to be released? It states transit but not in my account. Although I do love this app, there are two problems. First it crashes every time you try to log on. Second it fails to open. Third it displays error. No one helps and I have not received my full payments i am currently waiting on. Ware is my 5 $21.00 payouts???? Is it possible to see $9.00 per five payments, but they should have $21.00?
Is Point Pick Up Legit?
Point pickup’s app is terrible and makes anyone working for them look like garbage. The app is constantly updated to make it harder for people who drive for them. Their pay is constantly being reduced. You shouldn’t drive for them.
How do point pickup drivers get paid?
Stripe pays drivers once per week.
Is it possible to make money with point pickup?
Shortly, I’ve worked in point pickup. Being able to create my own schedule is what I enjoy. I like delivery, my customers and making extra money on my own schedule. Point Pickup doesn’t micromanage.
