When it comes to quantity, this set can’t be topped. This Gotham Steel set is comprehensive, including even a 5-piece bake set.
These pans are more durable thanks to the hard-anodized aluminum outer. They also have even heat distribution. The downside of hard-anodized aluminum? It’s not suitable for induction cooktops.
Since this pan is so lightweight, it heats up quickly. But the reverse is also true. It can lose its temperature quickly, so you’ll want to be careful about making heat adjustments while cooking.
Temperature control is a key advantage for many chefs and cooks.
The Gotham Steel nonstick pan is oven-safe up to 500°F (265°C). It’s also allegedly metal utensil and dishwasher-safe. However, hand washing is recommended and I recommend wooden cooking tools.
The stainless steel handles stay cool and feature an ergonomic design. Tempered glass lids seal nutrients and flavor in the food. Some users said the lid handles were hot, but others had no issues.
Some people complained that water could get stuck to the lids. It’s not a problem, but this could cause problems if you cook with milk. The lids are the safest part to put in the dishwasher, and I recommend this if you struggle to clean the rims.
The Gotham Steel nonstick cookware sets come with a 10-year guarantee. However, some customers have reported having to pay shipping costs to return an item.
In all likelihood, this set won’t last you the entire 10 years. This set may be worth the investment if it is affordable and includes all you need to cook nonstick.

While most Gotham Steel non-stick sets are reinforced with titanium, this Gotham Steel 10-piece set is reinforced with diamonds, supposedly for extra hardness and durability. As always, the non-stick layer is PTFE-free.
There is a major difference in the textures of the titanium and diamond cooking surfaces. The titanium-reinforced non-stick coatings are smooth, whereas the diamond-reinforced coatings are textured.
A honeycomb or rough texture is popular among non-stick cookware lines. There is no definitive evidence that the textured surface helps with food release, but some people prefer it.

The aluminum construction means this pan conducts heat well. The pan is more vulnerable to hotspots due to its thinness. The pan is also susceptible to temperature changes.
