We tried it to see if we could get swole. The rock has an energy drink.
News Dwayne’s energy drink is any good? Our goal was to discover.
Dwayne Johnson is one of the four Zoa Energy owners. He holds a can. (Zoa Energy). (NEXSTAR). If you follow Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) on Instagram you will know that he is a master at the gym. And while he touts hard work and grind as the reasons for his success, many of us have hoped there’s some secret formula that would give us his bulging biceps and towering traps.
Dwayne Johnson has a new energy drink.
Johnson’s Zoa Energy is a beverage called and available in five flavor options. The drink contains 160 mg of natural caffeine (from green tea and unroasted coffee beans) and is available in zero sugar or 100-calorie options.
The original flavor was in the sugar-free, low-calorie 15-calorie variety.
I am not an energy drink fan. Red Bulls without sugar are something I have tried a few times, but it made my stomach hurt. I try not to drink them. It’s a healthier alternative to traditional energy drinks and I felt compelled to give it a shot.
According to Zoa’s website, the drink contains 100% of your daily value of Vitamin C, vitamins B6 and B2, electrolytes and branched-chain amino acids.

Energy Drink is a great choice. This Energy Drink powers good and healthy ingredients. The fact that the Energy drink is marketed as a workout supplement makes it a little misleading. The Energy drink can be mixed with the Workout supplement, so it makes no sense. If you think about it, this is technically a mixed drink. We have to face the facts. Is 160mg caffeine safe for exercise? I think no, because during physical activity the heart is already hyped. Adding caffeine to that hyped heart is just another reason to believe it.
So, as far as my review goes I got 2 sides to this review:
As a workout supplement, I do not recommend this product as it has gas, and 160mg of loaded natural caffeine.
As a Energy Drink, I recommend this as its got pretty nice and healthy ingredients compared to other Drinks.
Zoa Original Energy Drink I like this product because it has energy, good amino acids and magnesium as well as many vitamins. To be a true workout supplement, however, I am going to try a powdered version of this product.
To test the flavors of Zoa Energy Drinks, I went to GNC today and got them all. If they are good or nasty or just to see what I think of the drinks as my review. As you can see, it is as follows:
Original Flavor: This tastes like gummy bears.

The original Pineapple Coconut and Pineapple Coconut flavours are disgusting to me. The Rock will betray and throw me out The Millions. AND MILLIONS OFF THE ROCKS FANS. He is making me sick. I was unable to taste the flavors and it ruined my sense of taste.

Amazon Review – The Zoa Zero Sugar was an exciting product that I tried and loved. The original taste is just ok, but the orange is insanely good. This is the problem. The rock went on and on about “natural energy” ” natural ingredients ” ” heathy living” but yet there are two known cancer causing sugar substitutes in it. You can’t claim it’s “natural” when it can make me sick. Had he used stevia or munkfruit to sweeten then he could actually back what they say. Although I enjoyed the Original flavor, this version was not for me. It reminded of the vitamin C crisis pack. However, I have to keep the whole box. A variety pack would allow people to try all the flavors if I could give feedback to the seller.
