“What cannot happen overnight is an enormous shift. There’s not capacity outside of China to satisfy the market,” he said. He said that product will need to still be manufactured in China for the near term, and long-term we’ll watch what happens.

You have precious life. Get a better car. If money is an issue try other better Chinese brands such as Intertrac, Keter, Goform. They are a good value Honda tire (225/45R17 on most roads for 1000 miles). I had them fitted to my Honda Civic and they were the worst I’ve ever seen in wet conditions. My opinion is that the car would have done better with two tea tray strapped to the front wheels.
