My life feels like it’s a maze. Four kids at four different places most days, a house, and a business to run! Let’s say I don’t get a lot of sleep. I don’t often get all the fruits and vegetables my body requires every day.

And sometimes, (I am doing better), it is hard for me to eat healthily. To me, the idea of juice juicing seems fascinating. I also know that it’s healthy for me. But, (yes, excuses), I have a tiny kitchen and I feel like I’m always running on negative time, so I just don’t do it even though I could have a juicer I’ve found, though, that I can order the best of the best from Squeezed and have it delivered to my front porch. Squeezed Juice Cleanses are a favorite of mine.

If you’re interested in a discount of 10% on your purchase, see below. This CAN be combined with any site wide discounts/promotions, but not all.) My Squeezed cleanse can be ordered and my freshly pressed juice will be delivered. It comes cold so I am ready to drink it.

My Honest Review: Squeezed 3-Day Juice Cleanse

Funny fact: Google can be used to search “Does Juice Cleanse …”” and it will fill in the rest of the questions. You’ll get the following: Can a juice cleanse make you poop? Do Juice Cleanses Help with Weight Loss? Does a Juice Cleanse Give You Diarrhea? Do Juice Cleansers Make You Fat? You will find the answers to all of these questions, plus more in my blog post. It’s over 2,200 pages long. We have warned you. If you’re not interested the nitty-gritty, here’s the moral of the story: don’t do it. You’re not here to see the train wreck. My stomach is NOT happy. Since then, I’ve had indigestion, acid reflux, and general BLEGH-ness. I actually have an appointment scheduled with a GI doctor in a few weeks, so hopefully that will be helpful. When we went to Ocean City, my stomach was really upset. Long story short, I ate a bunch of food and felt like absolute crap. The portion sizes were way too large, so I felt uncomfortable and full.

Which is why on our way home from the beach I ordered a 3-day Juice Cleanse from Squeezed. While I am not certain if my mind was tricked by commercials, I did decide that I could use a cleanse. So I clicked the buy now’ button.

Be aware, though, that before I continue, I must warn you. I am going to be very, very honest. There is NOTHING in it for me to lie about anything here. That’s what you can expect.

What made me choose Squeezed My friend Lindsey tried one of the cleanses, and she liked it. The cleanse is sweeter, which she mentioned to me. And I enjoy sweet things. Yup, that’s me!

What was my order? You can choose from juice cleanses that last anywhere between 1-7 days or 3 days for beginners. It cost me $89.99 and $10 shipping.

What was it? The 3-day cleanse includes 18 bottles of juice and comes in a cooler tote bag with one large ice pack to keep it cool. It is delivered by an actual person to your home.

You drink six bottles of juice each day:
